A desktop workspace, shown to scale. Choose “Explore at full size” to read and interact.
ERP DEMO is a fictional business application shown inside Bushel. All records and certificates are samples. Product photos supplied for this demo. No server connection is made.
A closer look
What Bushel does for you.
Keep your place, check the paperwork and get help when you need it. Bushel brings these tools together around your Produce Pro session.
01 / CONNECT
Setting up for yourself?
For individual setup, the wizard helps you name your connection, choose the server and get started. With Produce Pro Single User on a compatible server, Bushel retrieves and installs the SSH key using your Operator ID and password.
No manual key-file setup for supported Single User connections.
Automatically open your default connection next time.
Use SSH or a compatible Produce Pro Web Client endpoint.
Retry or choose another connection if connecting fails.
02 / MANAGED WORKPLACES
Install. Open. Get to work.
For staff in a configured workplace, there is no onboarding wizard and no desktop connection setup. Bushel finds the connection supplied by your IT team, shows a five-second notice, then opens a session automatically.
IT publishes the supported connection in DNS once.
Staff install Bushel and open it.
No server address, key file or connection settings to enter.
Attachments and additional terminals are ready when needed.
Shown with Web Client discovery on a configured network. Your business system handles sign-in as usual.
03 / MULTITASK
Dual-wield your tabs.
Keep an order on one side and a lookup on the other. Duplicate Session opens an independent connection. Pair two tabs to see both, then switch focus as you work.
Keep multiple sessions open in one workspace.
Pair or unpair two sessions without closing either.
Use Shift+Tab to move between paired terminals.
Reconnect a disconnected tab in place.
A duplicate is a separate session. Reconnect starts a fresh connection; it does not restore unsaved remote work.
04 / TRANSFER
Find the right attachment. Keep your place.
Arrow through a supported Produce Pro attachment list and let the preview follow. Check a product photo or invoice while the original screen stays in view. Bushel handles the RMI transfer that brings the file to your desktop.
Streamed downloads over SSH and compatible Web Client connections.
SSH/SFTP file transfers where the workflow uses them.
File-picker uploads, or drag-and-drop staging when the application is upload-ready.
LiveConnect uploads and multiple-file workflows where supported.
Progress, completion and error feedback, plus download history for the current session.
05 / PREVIEW
Open the attachment. Keep the context.
A resizable drawer puts the document beside your terminal without changing its rows and columns. Completed downloads offer Preview, Open and Show in Folder.
CSV
Read a table, search for text, step through matching rows and copy values.
PDF
Navigate pages, zoom, fit and select text where the document supports it.
Images & TIFF
Inspect images and supported multipage TIFF documents, including scanned pages.
HTML
Read a static report snapshot with scripts and outside resources blocked.
Previews are read-only. Automatic previews support files up to 50 MiB and images up to 64 megapixels; unsupported or oversized files use the system application.
06 / PERSONALIZE
A familiar screen. A comfortable fit.
Keep the server's rows and columns fixed while fitting the display to your window. Choose the look and behavior that suit your day.
PPro Classic and Bushel Dark: change the palette to match your mood.
Choose more terminal columns for screens that support wider layouts.
Proportional fitting, stretch, adjusted spacing or fixed font size.
A function-key helper bar and smoother held navigation.
Copy and paste, with protection against accidental Ctrl+C interruption.
A download folder and a choice of preview, system application or save only.
07 / CAPTURE
“This is what I'm seeing.”
The camera captures just the active terminal pane, so the useful part is ready to share. Shift-click prepares a support report you can review before saving.
Copy a screenshot to the clipboard, save a PNG or open it in your image viewer.
Add a problem description to a support PDF.
Include the captured screen, environment details and retained diagnostics.
Optionally save per-tab diagnostic logs to help investigate an intermittent issue.
You choose what to share and where to send it. Review screenshots and diagnostics for sensitive information.
08 / EVERYDAY WORK
Ready for the working day.
Once the connection is configured, the everyday workspace can stay simple. Your team gets the familiar terminal, attachments beside the work, and another session whenever they need one. Settings and connection profiles stay tucked out of the sidebar.
Open product photos and paperwork without leaving the business screen.
Duplicate a session or pair two terminals for a lookup alongside an order.
Bring back Settings and Profiles when you need to configure something.
What else does supported RMI integration do?
RMI is how supported Produce Pro programs ask the desktop client to perform local actions. Alongside file transfers, Bushel can show a message, open a link in the system browser, provide a large-text editing dialog, and report terminal size and window geometry.
Capabilities depend on the remote program and connection method. A Web Client connection supports streamed downloads and compatible upload routes; it does not provide SFTP, SSH keys or jump hosts.

Before your first session
A few useful answers.
Does Bushel replace Produce Pro?
Bushel is a desktop client for your existing Produce Pro environment. Your business application remains on its server. Your administrator can help confirm the right connection method and supported workflows.
Was that a live Produce Pro session?
No. ERP DEMO is a fictional application running inside Bushel’s interface, with sample records, product photos and clearly marked sample certificates. Bushel is the desktop client; Produce Pro is a separate business application it works with. You can explore menus, preview attachments and change settings without connecting to a server. Use only the supplied sample credentials during setup.
What does IT configure for automatic setup?
IT publishes a supported connection endpoint in a network DNS record. With Web Client discovery, Bushel verifies it, shows a five-second notice, saves the connection and opens the session. Staff do not go through the onboarding wizard or configure the desktop connection. The business system keeps its usual sign-in. SSH Single User discovery uses a separate path that asks for operator credentials.
How do I send a bug report?
In Bushel, Shift-click the camera to prepare a report. Review the screenshot and diagnostics, add what happened, and save the PDF. Share it through your approved support channel. For public feedback, open an issue without customer details or credentials.
