BUSHEL SAYS

Your report is open. Your terminal hasn't moved.

Search for “beans” in the sample CSV, or generate another report to see what happens next.

An interactive illustration of Bushel. Every record, screen and downloadable example is fictional. No server connection is made.

A closer look

The work is yours.
The little conveniences are mine.

From the first connection to the report you send home, Bushel handles the everyday details around your Produce Pro session.

01 / CONNECT

Your operator details.
Your connection, set up.

The guided wizard helps you name your connection, choose the server and get started. With Produce Pro Single User on a compatible server, Bushel retrieves and installs the SSH key using your Operator ID and password.

  • No manual key-file setup for supported Single User connections.
  • Automatically open your default connection next time.
  • Use SSH or a compatible Produce Pro Web Client endpoint.
  • Retry or choose another connection if connecting fails.
02 / DEPLOY

At work, the welcome
can be even shorter.

In a configured managed environment, a new installation can discover its server from a network DNS record and skip the full setup wizard.

  • IT publishes one supported SSH or HTTPS destination.
  • Bushel checks it and offers a manual setup escape.
  • SSH Single User still asks for operator credentials; Web Client uses its normal terminal login.
  • Existing usable profiles continue through normal startup.

Requires a reachable compatible endpoint and network discovery configured by your IT team.

03 / MULTITASK

Dual-wield your tabs.

Keep an order on one side and a lookup on the other. Duplicate Session opens an independent connection. Pair two tabs to see both, then switch focus as you work.

  • Keep multiple sessions open in one workspace.
  • Pair or unpair two sessions without closing either.
  • Use Shift+Tab to move between paired terminals.
  • Reconnect a disconnected tab in place.

A duplicate is a separate session. Reconnect starts a fresh connection; it does not restore unsaved remote work.

04 / TRANSFER

The file arrives.
You keep your place.

Bushel handles supported Produce Pro RMI file requests inside the session. Text and binary downloads become local files while the terminal stays visible.

  • Streamed downloads over SSH and compatible Web Client connections.
  • SSH/SFTP file transfers where the workflow uses them.
  • File-picker uploads, or drag-and-drop staging when the application is upload-ready.
  • LiveConnect uploads and multiple-file workflows where supported.
  • Progress, completion and error feedback, plus download history for the current session.
05 / PREVIEW

Open the attachment.
Keep the context.

A resizable drawer puts the document beside your terminal without changing its rows and columns. Completed downloads offer Preview, Open and Show in Folder.

CSV

Read a table, search for text, step through matching rows and copy values.

PDF

Navigate pages, zoom, fit and select text where the document supports it.

Images & TIFF

Inspect images and supported multipage TIFF documents, including scanned pages.

HTML

Read a static report snapshot with scripts and outside resources blocked.

Previews are read-only. Automatic previews support files up to 50 MiB and images up to 64 megapixels; unsupported or oversized files use the system application.

06 / PERSONALIZE

A familiar screen.
A comfortable fit.

Keep the server's rows and columns fixed while fitting the display to your window. Choose the look and behavior that suit your day.

  • PPro Classic and Bushel Dark palettes.
  • Proportional fitting, stretch, adjusted spacing or fixed font size.
  • A function-key helper bar and smoother held navigation.
  • Copy and paste, with protection against accidental Ctrl+C interruption.
  • A download folder and a choice of preview, system application or save only.
07 / CAPTURE

“This is what I'm seeing.”

The camera captures just the active terminal pane, so the useful part is ready to share. Shift-click prepares a support report you can review before saving.

  • Copy a screenshot to the clipboard, save a PNG or open it in your image viewer.
  • Add a problem description to a support PDF.
  • Include the captured screen, environment details and retained diagnostics.
  • Optionally save per-tab diagnostic logs to help investigate an intermittent issue.

You choose what to share and where to send it. Review screenshots and diagnostics for sensitive information.

What else does supported RMI integration do?

RMI is how supported Produce Pro programs ask the desktop client to perform local actions. Alongside file transfers, Bushel can show a message, open a link in the system browser, provide a large-text editing dialog, and report terminal size and window geometry.

Capabilities depend on the remote program and connection method. A Web Client connection supports streamed downloads and compatible upload routes; it does not provide SFTP, SSH keys or jump hosts.

Before your first session

A few useful answers.

Does Bushel replace Produce Pro?

Bushel is a desktop client for your existing Produce Pro environment. Your business application remains on its server. Your administrator can help confirm the right connection method and supported workflows.

Was that a live Produce Pro session?

No. This is an interactive illustration using fictional records. Palette changes, pairing, previews and sample downloads give you a feel for the workflow. The tour never connects to a server or asks for real credentials.

Does managed setup mean there is no login?

No. Network discovery supplies a destination, not a user's identity. It can bypass the full wizard, while Single User setup or the Web Client still asks you to authenticate when needed.

How do I send a bug report?

In Bushel, Shift-click the camera to prepare a report. Review the screenshot and diagnostics, add what happened, and save the PDF. Share it through your approved support channel. For public feedback, open an issue without customer details or credentials.
